Over a twenty year period, we were project architect for this large regional center.  During that time we were involved with many projects including five food courts, a basement renovation into retail, conversion of a large two story mall retail unit into to a major home goods retailer,  and various mall upgrades and expansions.

We also reviewed and approved all tenant design,   construction and signage documents.

After its sale in 2003, the Center has been reconfigured and enlarged by its new owners.

Part of our work included various tenant designs as well as a lower level re-development (model)
