Luxe Hotel City Center

We have renovated this hotel on three occasions, twice as a Holiday Inn and finally, transforming it into a Luxe.
As originally constructed, the hotel including a swimming pool / deck centered on the building, over the main entrance. The first renovation relocated the pool deck north, opening up the entry to Figueroa Street. The second renovation added a new exterior finish over the original curtain wall. The final renovation removed the swimming pool converting its surrounding deck into a bar and food service use. This deck overlooks the LA Live complex.
